Virginia’s unemployment system is the slowest in the United States. 

Unemployment insurance is supposed to be emergency aid. If there’s an issue with someone’s claim, it’s supposed to get figured out quickly.

Instead people have been waiting for months, which has led to evictions and other severe consequences. Some Virginians have been waiting since the lockdown began!

If you have been waiting too long for your claim to be accepted, please contact us and tell us your story. We want to put pressure on Governor Northam’s administration to clean up this mess.
