Virginia Organizing to Host Day of the Dead Celebration in Harrisonburg

What: Day of the Dead Celebration with live music, food trucks, and local artist vendors to fundraise for Our Community Place

When: Saturday, October 29 at 12 – 5 p.m.

Where: Our Community Place, 17 East Johnson Street, Harrisonburg, VA 22802

Harrisonburg, Va. — The Harrisonburg/Rockingham County Chapter of Virginia Organizing will host a Day of the Dead Celebration and fundraiser for Our Community Place on Saturday, October 29 from 12 – 5 p.m. The celebration will be held in the parking lot of Our Community Place and will include live music, food trucks, and local artists selling their creations. The event is free and open to the public. Our Community Place provides meals and other services to homeless and marginalized people.
