The University of Richmond’s Public Interest Law Review has published its first issue of 2019, which includes an article written by Virginia Organizing’s Director Brian Johns, Rosemary Gould, and Chairperson Ladelle McWhorter about the history of our involvement with the Medicaid expansion campaign in Virginia.
