ARE YOU PREPARED TO PROTECT YOUR VOTE?
Virginia has a new Voter ID law. Do you know how changes in the law might affect you and impact elections in November?
Please join us at a special Voter Education Town Hall on Thursday, August 30th at Virginia Union University.
The program will feature a panel of experts. They will review what ID to bring to the polls and discuss how to make your vote count on Election Day. Local registrars will also be on-hand to answer questions. You’ll be able to check your voter registration status and get information on Rights Restoration.
This event is FREE and open to the public.
